At Sugar Bake Shoppe we handcraft our pastries using high quality ingredients.  Often times I get asked what makes us different.  For starters, we use real butter, NEVER shortening, unbleached flour, pure vanilla and beans, pure maple syrup, and dutch-processed cocoa.  Our baked goods do not come frozen, ready made in a cardboard box ready for pre-made icing.  Our little cakes, cookies and so much more take time and passion to prepare...one bite and I'm sure you'll taste the difference!
